Do I have to pay shipping costs?.
Yes. You pay the amount according to destination and the Price varies according to the quanitity of products that you desire.

4 How long before my order arrives?
If payment is made through 2checkout, the confirmation of payment will arrive automatically within 24 hours of payment.

6 Can I exchange a product?
Yes. Only if a product that has been aquired presents a factory defect. Please comunicate to the following number or send a message to our email once you have received your order. If we evaluate that the product has a defect we will proceed to exchange the product.
